What Will You Do? | Ka aha koe?
Key responsibilities will include:

•    Managing creditors’ ledger and payment processes
•    Supporting payroll records, processing, and compliance 
•    Collaborating with Human Resources on remuneration and payroll-related queries
•    Assisting with data entry, analysis, and statutory returns

Who Are You? | Ko wai koe?

We are looking for someone with:

•    Strong experience in accounts payable and general accounting support
•    A working knowledge of payroll processing and employment legislation is a plus
•    High attention to detail, accuracy, and time management
•    Proficiency in financial systems (e.g., MagiQ software) is advantageous
•    Effective communication skills with the ability to communicate across departments and with external stakeholders
•    A current New Zealand driver’s licence.
