About the Role
As the Fleet Coordinator based at the North Harbour branch, you will play a key part in supporting our contractor fleet to ensure the fast, compliant and reliable movement of freight throughout the region. You will support contractor performance, compliance and recruitment, as well as maintain the fleet rosters and ensure accurate, and up-to-date record keeping. You are responsible for reporting on operational performance, whilst assisting with scanning, problem freight and maintenance of equipment. 

About You
•    Excellent communication and relationship building skills • Highly organised with great time management
•    Able to work under pressure and adapt to change
•    Previous experience in logistics or fleet coordination is an advantage
•    Strong attention to detail and commitment to process improvement
•    Dedication to health and safety
