Job Description - Food & Beverage Manager

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional dining experiences and leading a talented team? Jack's Restaurant, located in the Clubhouse at the stunning Jack’s Point Village development, is on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Food & Beverage Manager to join our team!



As the Food & Beverage Manager, you will be at the helm of our restaurant and bar operations, steering our service quality, staff performance, and financial success. Working closely with key departments, you’ll help cultivate a welcoming environment that ensures our visitors enjoy an unforgettable experience.



Key Responsibilities 




  • Oversee daily restaurant and bar operations, ensuring high standards of product quality and service.

  • Recruit, train, and develop a passionate team, fostering a positive work culture.

  • Manage the food and beverage budget, analysing financial reports to drive performance improvement.

  • Create a friendly and engaging atmosphere for guests, building lasting relationships.

  • Collaborate across departments to design unique event offerings and cohesive guest experiences.

  • Work closely with the kitchen team to craft seasonal menus that cater to our guests’ preferences.



Desirable Skills and Experience




  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in food and beverage management within the hospitality sector, with high-class hotel experience being advantageous

  • Proven leadership skills with a commitment to staff development and team success.

  • A current Duty Managers Licence or the ability to apply for one

  • Sound knowledge of food safety and alcohol licensing regulations

  • Excellent financial acumen with experience in budgeting and reporting

  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-first approach

  • Ability to thrive in a busy, dynamic, hands-on environment

  • Flexibility in working hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays is a must.
