Opening in July 2024 at the bustling King Street Wharf, St Marks Road Co . is now looking for its Food & Beverage Supervisor who’s ready to shake things up! With a seating capacity of up to 100 guests, our newest café will be located right in the heart of Darling Harbour – think stunning views and a constant buzz of activity.

We take people and their taste buds on a journey of discovery. We know dining is as much a part of the adventure as the destination itself, and we are looking for an all-seeing Food & Beverage superstar to ensure the smooth running of our operations at St Marks Road Co.

What we need from you:

• Excellent customer relations, problem-solving, decision-making, and time management skills
• Great coffee-making abilities
• Engaging attitude as a team player who builds rapport with team members and guests
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High standard of personal presentation
• Previous experience as an F & B Team Leader or Supervisor
• RSA Qualified
