- Reading and Following Plans
- Strong communication and leading from the front

Position Overview: - Strong knowledge of construction methods, techniques, and materials.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve excellence.
- Solid understanding of safety regulations and best practices in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Relevant certifications or licenses (e.g., Site Safe, First Aid, Working at Heights) are preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in construction management or a related field is a plus.
