We are on a mission to become the most recommended builder in the country—and we’re looking for an experienced Franchise Business Development Manager (FBDM) to help lead the growth into Australia.

About the role:

This is a pivotal role focused on:

• Recruiting and onboarding new franchisees


• Supporting and developing existing franchise partners to improve performance


• Driving franchise network success through strategic planning, KPI improvement, and operational excellence

What You'll Be Doing:

• Leading franchise recruitment and development across Australia and New Zealand


• Conducting performance reviews and collaborating on business plans


• Ensuring adherence to franchise standards and operational compliance


• Providing business coaching, guidance, and financial analysis support to franchisees


• Building strong relationships with stakeholders across sales, marketing, procurement, and customer service


• Acting as a brand ambassador, ensuring quality and consistency across the network

 About you

• Proven experience in home building franchise environments, ideally in Australia or New Zealand


• 10+ years in sales, business development, or franchise operations


• A strong understanding of residential construction and supplier partnerships


• Ability to coach and influence business owners to improve results


• A strategic thinker with commercial acumen and strong communication skills


• Familiarity with P&L review, cashflow forecasting, and KPI reporting
