Freight Customer Service

An International freight forwarding company, offering global, supply chain solutions across air, ocean and road transport. They have offices Nationwide and currently looking to expand their Auckland based Customer services team.

About the role:

You will work closely with Import operations, responsible for quoting, managing import orders, documentation & detention management, liaising with overseas agents and NZ customers. Lots of variety

About you:

We are looking for someone who has 2+ years operational or customer service experience working directly in freight forwarding or Imports. This company is open to experience and providing training with commercial customers and Cargowise.

• Import Air or Sea knowledge
• Ability to build relationships and rapport with customers
• Cargowise a bonus
