The Role

We are looking for full-time employee to assist our general night shift operation.

This role will involve general warehousing and freight sorting duties, where you will prepare the depot for daily operations, maintain the tidiness of the branch and ensure the loading and unloading of cargo is completed safely and efficiently. You will be a physically fit individual with capability to work on your feet for extended periods of time.

This is a permanent part-time role with the following working hours, with potential opportunities for full-time hours in the future:

• Sunday: 8:00 PM – 1:00 AM


• Monday – Wednesday: 11:00 PM – 4:00 AM

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential 


• Physically fit (able to lift up to 25kgs)


• Strong focus on Health and Safety


• Sound knowledge of local and regional NZ geography


• Forklift License desirable and Hoist operation experience preferred
