The company is seeking a talented Full Stack Developer with around 2 years of experience, ready to take their skills to the next level. This opportunity offers the chance to work with cutting-edge technologies and contribute significantly to the development of an industry-leading software solution.
Responsibilities: - Collaborating with the engineering team to build and maintain automated test scripts while familiarizing oneself with the code base.
- Developing and implementing new features and enhancements across the entire stack, including Ruby on Rails backend, React.js frontend, and Node.js microservices.
- Working closely with the product team to understand customer needs and translate them into technical requirements and solutions.
- Taking ownership of projects and initiatives, from conception to delivery, ensuring high-quality code and timely execution.
- Continuously optimizing and improving the platform for performance, scalability, and user experience.
- Contributing to the ongoing evolution of the technology stack, staying abreast of emerging tools and best practices.
- Demonstrating initiative and creativity in identifying opportunities to better serve customers and enhance the platform.
Requirements: - Around 2 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer, with a strong command of the tech stack.
- Solid proficiency in Ruby on Rails, React.js, Postgresql, Redis, Elasticsearch, Node.js microservices, Capacitor.js, Next.js, Typescript, HTML, CSS, and Tailwindcss.
- Strong understanding of testing frameworks such as Rspec, Webdriver io, and Appium.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like Google Cloud Platform or Azure, serverless architecture, and CI/CD pipelines using Github Actions.
- Passion for solving complex technical challenges and delivering high-quality solutions in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proven track record of taking initiative and driving innovation to improve products and processes.
