About the role:

We’re looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer to join our Engineering team and help us build smart, scalable software that supports better governance. You’ll collaborate with product, design, and engineering peers to deliver delightful user experiences and impactful features. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments and wants to grow with a purpose-driven company.

What You’ll Be Doing:

·      Build and improve cloud-based features using JavaScript, C#.NET, and Azure.

·      Collaborate closely with Product and Design to turn ideas into secure, scalable solutions.

·      Debug and resolve issues quickly to maintain seamless user experiences.

·      Integrate AI tooling to streamline development and enhance functionality.

·      Continuously improve systems, tools, and practices to support a culture of innovation.

·      Embed cybersecurity best practices throughout the development lifecycle.

·      Stay current with industry trends and share knowledge within the team.

What You’ll Bring:

·      2–4 years of experience in SaaS software engineering.

·      Strong working knowledge of front-end JavaScript and C#.NET.

·      Experience with Azure and Kubernetes is highly desirable.

·      A mindset for experimentation, iteration, and learning from feedback.

·      Familiarity with integrating AI tooling in development workflows.

·      Excellent communication skills, with a bias toward action and simplicity.

·      A love for building things that solve real-world problems.
