Full Stack Ruby Developer - Hiring Now

FULL STACK RUBY ON RAILS DEVELOPER

You will need commercial Ruby development experience to be considered for this role :)

This is the role to really get you stuck in to Ruby and React development with a fast-paced expanding SaaS solution team.

Years of experience is not key for this role, what's important is the quality of your code and a commitment to complete.  Be part of the change!

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain robust web applications using Ruby on Rails framework
• Design and implement JSON APIs to enable seamless communication between front-end and back-end systems
• Utilise Postgres for efficient data management and storage
• Collaborate with the team to develop interactive and responsive user interfaces using React JS, Typescript, HTML, CSS, and Tailwind CSS
• Conduct thorough testing of the application using RSpec, Playwright, and Jest
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices in web development
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration and deployment
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers when needed

Requirements:

• Solid experience in Ruby on Rails development
• Experience in front-end development using ReactJS, Typescript, Spraypaint.js
• Proficiency in building and consuming JSON APIs
• Strong database skills with knowledge of Postgres
• Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Appium, Respec, Posthog
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Nice to have:

• Experience with CapacitorJS
• Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform
