Full Time Retail Sales Representative - Mons Royale Wanaka

Our mission is to shift riders from synthetics to natural fibres and inspire them to live a life of action and adventure.

We’re looking for a permanent Full Time Retail Sales Representative to join our Wanaka Store starting mid August and includes working one weekend day per week.

In this role, you’ll deliver exceptional customer service, share your knowledge and passion for the Mons Royale brand and help create a welcoming, community-driven retail experience.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring every visitor has an engaging and memorable in-store experience.
• Build strong connections with our local fan base and act as a brand ambassador.
• Maintain high store standards, including merchandising, cleanliness, and product knowledge.
• Contribute to a positive team environment, supporting your colleagues and fostering a culture of collaboration.
• Stay up to date with Mons Royale’s products, values, and sustainability mission to educate and inspire customers.
