Currently, we have openings for 2x Senior Retail Assistant in our Bay of Plenty Team. We are seeking motivated, experienced and mature retail professionals that want to grow with us and be part of our amazing team. These roles will contribute to the overall smooth and efficient running of the Rotorua Store, drive retail sales and be a “safe pair of hands”. 

Key areas of responsibility include:   

• Providing outstanding customer service in-store and online
• Driving retail sales
• Engaging with customers - creating new and strengthening existing customer relationships
• Maintaining and monitoring inventory levels
• Ensuring the store is clean and maintained in accordance with our visual merchandising standards
• Assisting with stocktakes and stock management
• Sales mentor

Applicants must:

• Be 18 years or older
• Have a permanent and unconditional right to work in New Zealand
• Be available to work during our standard operating hours which include weekends and public holidays
• Be comfortable working sole charge
• Be prepared to work in Rotorua's sister store in Tauranga
• Have previous retail sales experience and a proven track record and ability to generate sales
