Game Development Roles - Leading Industry Pay

Full time (part time work may be available for the right candidate)

Our purpose is to inspire a sense of belonging for all and we’re looking for individuals who are interested in the development of Coaches, Players and Referees/ Match Officials to fill 2 full time positions. We are also open to part-time or reduced hour options.

• Game Developer – Match Officials (Referees) to manage the development, promotion and implementation of initiatives that increase the recruitment, retention, training and education of referees.
• Game Developer – Coaching & Playing to deliver world-class programmes in coaching and player development.

For the right person a combination of these two roles may be an option. 

Ideally, candidates would have experience in the following areas:

• Recognised referee experience
• A background in education or administration, sports administration or education is a bonus
• An understanding of the game of rugby and the Laws of the Game
• Proven relationship management and networking skills
• Excellent planning, time management and organisational skills
• Ability to develop coaches, players, referees and referee coaches
• Outstanding communication skills – both written and verbal
• Presenting or facilitating at training workshops
• The ability to innovate, challenge the status quo and develop programmes that suit the changing needs of coaches, players and referees
