Our mission is, in responding to Christ’s love, to seek to empower people to participate fully in community life by assisting them into new spaces, positive relationships and personal growth.

We are looking for a General Manager to lead our team of 3 managers, 25+ staff and 50+ volunteers working across four departments – Community Development Services, Friendship Link programme, Evergreen Club and Administration.

For over 30 years Delta Community Support Trust has been responding to the needs of people experiencing disability, disadvantage, hardship and isolation from our community centre on North Avon Road in Richmond, Ōtautahi/Christchurch. Initially setup as an outreach of the North Avon Baptist Church, today we operate as a community ministry of the Upper South Baptist Association and have grown to serve and involve thousands of people every year.
