General Manager

Lincoln Logistics is a privately owned transport and logistics business based in Tokoroa.  We are seeking a highly motivated leader to join our team as General Manager. This is a key role that takes responsibility for all aspects of our existing business whilst continuing to look for growth opportunities. 

We are looking for an individual with the following:

• Proven leadership and management skills in the transport industry or related industries
• Strong analytical and negotiating abilities
• Mechanical skills and practical ability   
• The ability to sustain high performance when faced with multiple competing priorities
• Excellent communication ability across a wide range of stakeholders.
• Proven project management skills from proposal through to on-plan execution 
• Financial acumen / commercially savvy
