Ray White Invercargill are looking for a savvy business professional with a proven record of leadership success to join our team as General Manager.

In this pivotal role you will leverage your experience, commercial and industry knowledge, and drive in leading our team to achieve – then exceed – our business objectives. Our General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our business, from sales and marketing to administration and property management. You will drive our strategic initiatives and ensure the delivery of the highest levels of professionalism and satisfaction as we help our clients navigate their property journey. You will lead the entire team effectively. Ray White is passionate about embracing growth for each individual. You will be aligned with our co-created values and believe our vision and purpose is within grasp. Key responsibilities of the role will include:

• leading and managing the entire team of 24 – including contracted sales staff, and administration and property management employees
• overseeing the day-to-day operations of our business
• financial planning, budgeting and reporting
• developing and implementing business strategies to drive growth
• cultivating a collaborative and high-performance culture and promoting continued professional development
• developing and maintaining effective business relationships with clients, colleagues and other stakeholders
• analysing industry and market trends and responding through the development of initiatives and strategies which ensure Ray White Invercargill remains competitive
• ensuring compliance with legal requirements and organisational policies
• HR functions – including hiring and performance management

This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday (inclusive). About you
