As the General Manager, you will hold a crucial position in steering our company's success, with a primary focus on sales. Reporting directly to the Director and Chairman, your responsibilities will encompass overseeing all facets of business operations. This includes developing and implementing strategic sales plans to meet revenue goals, as well as ensuring operational efficiency, product quality, and customer satisfaction.

You will be responsible for:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
• Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and consumer preferences to inform sales strategies.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales and production teams to achieve sales targets and operational goals.
• Cultivate strong relationships with key clients and suppliers to understand their needs and preferences.
• Collaborate with teams to develop promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives.
• Ensure efficient manufacturing operations and timely delivery of products.
• Implement best practices and process improvements to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
• Analyse financial data and sales metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement risk management strategies and contingency plans.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with local stakeholders.
• Manage insurance policies to safeguard company assets.
