About the role

We are looking for a professional and personable General Manager to lead our Commercial Property Management team. This position requires strong, efficient leadership skills with a good understanding of the commercial real estate world.
As the General Manager, you will be managing day to day operations, nurturing client relationships, driving strategic growth and leading a team of experienced Property Managers.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Overseeing the management of commercial properties.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with tenants, landlords, and contractors.
  • Coordinate property leasing activities, including tenant selection, lease negotiation, and renewals.
  • Lead, develop and mentor the Commercial PM team.
  • Work with Leadership team on strategic growth plans.
About you

To succeed in this role you'll need:

  • Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in commercial property management.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial real estate laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Proven ability to manage a diverse portfolio of commercial properties.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting and financial reporting.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to deliver client care
