About the Opportunity
We’re launching a vibrant new Rooftop Bar above the soon-to-open Radisson RED at 280 Queen Street – a first-of-its-kind concept combining high-end service, stunning views, and a "Modern Asia" culinary experience. As we prepare to bring this exciting vision to life, we’re seeking an entrepreneurial and commercially astute General Manager to take the lead.

What You’ll Do
You will be the heartbeat of the operation – setting the tone, leading the team, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading all day-to-day operations of the rooftop bar and eatery.


• Recruiting, training, and managing a high-performing front-of-house and kitchen team.


• Driving financial performance and hitting key operational KPIs.


• Managing supplier relationships, stock control, and compliance.


• Collaborating with the founders on business strategy, growth, and brand development.


• Crafting an exceptional customer experience that keeps guests coming back.

Who You Are
We’re looking for someone who is switched on, ambitious, and thrives in an energetic, high-end hospitality environment. You will bring:

• Proven experience as a senior manager or GM in a modern bar, restaurant, or eatery.


• Strong commercial acumen and confidence with P&L management.


• A leadership style that inspires, motivates, and builds a culture of excellence.


• Knowledge of hospitality compliance, health & safety, and licensing.
