Job Description - Glazing Customer Service Administrator - Cromwell

We are seeking to appoint a very switched onteam player to supportour Glazing, Sales and Estimating teams.

This is a busy position where you will be responsible for providingthe very best service and solutions to our clients and customers and work to support the wider sales and estimating functions. It will be a fast paced role, where you will have the opportunity to showcase your high levels of organisation, administrationand customer services as you manage a variety of tasks and really put your stamp on the role.

You will be providing a high level of customer service to our fabricators and merchants andglazing supportto our team out in the field. Your day will have you ensuring the glazing team have all the info for their jobs, communicating withcustomers and stakeholders (both internal and external) and providing admin support for the Branch Manager. In time, we would train you to do quotes and other value add tasks to expand the role.

And if you don't have glass industry experience - no worries - full product knowledge training will be given!
