With over 135 years of dairy expertise, Anchor Food Professionals are leaders in global foodservice and have partnered with thousands of bakeries, restaurants, hotels and caterers across the globe, providing deep industry insight, world leading research and innovation, high-function, fit-for-purpose dairy products and business services & solutions.Now, following a recent strategic refresh and rebrand, we are poised to drive and deliver even greater outcomes to achieve our strategic ambitions – A chance to shape the future of the Anchor Food Professionals on a global stage.This Auckland-based role is housed in the Global Markets Sales & Marketing team, specifically Global Brands Marketing.About the OpportunityAs the Global Marketing Manager for Anchor Food Professionals, you will be responsible for shaping and executing our global brand strategy and elevating our global brand presence worldwide. Reporting directly to the Global Senior Marketing Manager, you will be instrumental in providing strategic leadership for our Anchor Food Professionals & Foodservice brands to ensure they remain at the forefront of the foodservice industry.Key Responsibilities:Formulate brand and marketing strategies that support and elevate the direction of the Anchor Food Professionals brand.Provide leadership as the brand guardian, championing brand consistency through implementing and upholding global brand guidelines and visual identity with precision.In close collaboration with our innovation teams, key markets and agencies you will lead and drive the planning and creation of compelling content, creative materials and collateral for integrated Anchor Food Professionals Marketing Campaigns and NPD launches to support our growth agenda's.As the Global Marketing Manager, you will also strategically organize and manage trade and digital engagement events to enhance brand visibility and build equity.Take charge of the Anchor Food Professionals Digital Ecosystem, including website management, digital communications, content creation and support demand generation.Foster connectivity and alignment within the brand network, collaborating closely with central and regional stakeholders.Coordinate and execute day-to-day aspects of Anchor Food Professionals Brand Management, ensuring smooth brand operations and continuity.About You The global scope of this role spans across many business units and requires a strong level of personal agility, influencing skills and the ability to communicate clearly and lead for effect. You will have the skills to create and maintain strong relationships, enabling partnerships within the layered Anchor Food Professionals and Foodservice network spanning across brand, digital, category, GTM, regional/local marketing as well as the broader Sales and Marketing community, supporting them, and providing them with trusted advice and guidance, as well as firm brand governance.We are first and foremost looking for a proactive and experienced marketeer with strong brand experience and the ability to pick up and understand the business and brand. You will have experience from FMCG/Foodservice and end-to-end product and campaign launches - either from a local market or global function.Critical to your success in this role, will be your ability to champion the brand and communicate the vision, be a creative and strategic thinker, multitask efficiently, maintain high-quality outputs, adapt and reprioritize efficiently, pay meticulous attention to detail and build relationships quickly and work collaboratively.You will also have:Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, marketing or related discipline.Minimum 7+ years' experience in brand management or marketing roles within a FMCG or Foodservice business, ideally across both mature and emerging market economies.Experience working in large marketing led multinational companies.Participated in and demonstrated delivery of key marketing management activities: strategy, innovation, comms, packaging, content creation, agency relationships.Worked effectively across cross-functional teams, clearly communicating and collaborating with them with a proven track record of internal-customer focus.If you are passionate about the culinary world, thrive on collaborating with a mix of stakeholders from world renown chefs to innovation teams, and relish the idea of each day bringing a fresh flavour, new challenges, and endless opportunities to shine, then this is the perfect role for you!
