Babbage Consultants is a 100% New Zealand-owned multidisciplinary consultancy shaping the built environment with tailored, practical, and sustainable solutions. Our expertise spans Architecture, Engineering, Infrastructure, Land Development and Project Management, providing seamless, coordinated delivery across project lifecycles.

We’re looking for a Graduate Architect with 1–2+ years’ experience to join our Architecture team in Auckland. This role offers excellent exposure to meaningful projects and a chance to grow your capability within a collaborative, supportive practice.

About you!

As part of our Architecture team you will:

• Support design and documentation across project stages, from concept to delivery


• Produce architectural drawings and documentation in Revit, grounded in BIM best practice


• Help prepare visual and presentation material for client engagements


• Collaborate across disciplines to develop coordinated and buildable solutions


• Contribute to thoughtful, practical design outcomes that respond to client and community needs

You’re not a fresh graduate, you’ve started your career in practice and are ready for your next step. You’ll ideally bring:

• 1–2+ years’ experience in architectural practice, preferably across commercial, industrial or community work in New Zealand


• Competency with Autodesk Revit and interest in BIM workflows


• Practical understanding of construction methods, NZ design standards and compliance fundamentals


• Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset


• Strong organisational skills and professional initiative
