Windsor Energy, a division of Windsor Engineering, is continuing with its yearly commitment to employ a graduate BE (Mechanical) engineer who has completed their final year of study.

Windsor Energy are NZ industry leaders in the supply of thermal energy equipment and plants, specifically focused on industrial boilers and air heaters. We have the largest installed base of boiler plant in New Zealand, and export our specialised biomass boiler plant and indirect fired air heaters around the world. When joining Windsor Energy you will enter into out graduate programme where you will be given training and experience in all aspects of our business. This is a 2-year program which will provide a solid grounding for setting your future career with our business. We are based in Napier, Hawkes Bay, with a manufacturing facility in our Windsor workshop in Porirua and a service operation in Dannevirke. We work on project sites throughout New Zealand, in Australia and further afield with our key blue-chip clients.
