We are seeking an experienced Group Account Manager who is keyed into what it takes to achieve meaningful strategic growth across business service lines.
This is a senior role with 5+ direct reports who are based across the Country. You will be responsible for building a dynamic and high functioning account management team
The goals for this role are retention and growth of our corporate client base including cross selling services and introducing new service lines to existing clients.
Experience in health sector an advantage but not essential
Main responsibilities:
• Successful delivery of national sales targets via the development / execution of growth strategies and action plans
• Work closely with regional, key account and business development teams to ensure revenue growth and client retention
• Liaise with the marketing team to build effective marketing plans that align with the sales strategy, developing a strong pipeline in HubSpot
• Support and further develop the sales capability of the Key Account and Business Development teams
• Work with Regional Managers to achieve regional growth targets

The ideal candidate:
• Sales management and leadership experience. Previous working experience in either Health and Safety, Occupational Health, Rehabilitation, or Mental Health
• Tertiary qualifications in a business driven discipline
• Sound relationship building skills with a well-developed EQ
• Positive and engaging – you will be closely liaising with clients and teams, focusing on support and growth
• Calm problem-solver
