The Hive in Napier is expanding, and we're on the lookout for highly motivated, reliable fitness professionals to join our growing team. Your Role:

  • Lead Inspiring Workouts: Guide clients through engaging, effective workouts while ensuring a fun, productive atmosphere.
  • Adapt and Innovate: Demonstrate functional movements, scaling and modifying workouts to suit all fitness levels and abilities.
  • Welcome New Faces: Greet new clients, handle membership inquiries, and manage basic administrative tasks.
  • Boost Sales: Assist with membership and merchandise sales, contributing to the growth of our vibrant fitness community.
  • Maintain Excellence: Help keep our gym clean and organized, ensuring a top-notch environment for everyone.

What We're Looking For:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Fitness Consultant Level 3 National Certificate or equivalent, or currently pursuing this certification.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • CrossFit L1 or higher.
  • Additional certifications in Olympic Weightlifting, gymnastics, and group fitness are a plus.

Estimated Time Commitment:

  • Start with approximately 5-10 hours per week, with opportunities to increase hours and build your own Personal Training business.

Compensation:

  • Casual contract role with rates dependent on qualifications and experience.
  • Potential for additional income from Personal Training and other initiatives, plus incentives for helping grow the business.
