The Role: This newly established position represents a key position in their expanding leadership team. You will:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all HR-related inquiries, ensuring a supportive and responsive employee environment.
- Oversee the development, implementation, and revision of HR policies across the group.
- Lead strategic initiatives in employee engagement, performance management, and learning and development.
- Manage recruitment and organisational planning, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals.
- Lead the Health and Safety Manager to ensure all staff and contractors go home safely and legal requirements are fulfilled.
The Candidate: We are looking for a dynamic HR leader with:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Proven experience in HR management, preferably within construction, architecture, or related industries.
- Strong foundational knowledge in HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, capable of nurturing a positive and inclusive workplace.
- A strategic thinker with robust problem-solving and decision-making skills, who is comfortable in both office settings and on-site environments.
