As the Group IT Business Enablement Manager – You will collaborate with the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our critical asset/work management platform. You are responsible for the effective translation of business needs into practical, high-quality application, fostering organisational alignment and sustained innovation.
 

In addition to the above you will:  

• Co-lead the development, maintenance, and communication of the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the key asset/work management application
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to accurately capture and project manage our business requirements
• Identify and assess, refine business requirements to maximise client value and business benefits
• Prioritise initiatives and work items in line with agreed business outcomes

We’re looking for someone with:

• Proven experience in project management, business requirements, business enablement, and asset/work management
• Strong problem-solving skills, ability to lead and motivate teams, and proven capacity to manage shifting priorities and complexity
• Capacity to communicate confidently and effectively at all levels, including non-technical stakeholders and technical teams
• Experience within water infrastructure, maintenance, field services, or related sectors (an advantage)
• Commitment to customer satisfaction, commercial management, and information security practices
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
