We have created a fixed term Performance & Reward Lead role to help Beca continue to develop and deliver its performance and reward activities, dig into the market and workforce data to help inform Beca’s market positioning, global pay structures.

We seek someone who has a deep understanding of all facets of Remuneration and Performance management, demonstrated leadership experience, with a proactive, inspiring approach to team management, and the ability to contribute to and drive strategic performance and reward initiatives. You will have strong analytical skills, getting right down into the data, yet able to articulate complex and difficult concepts in terms that are able to be widely understood by non-technical audiences.
