The A T Realty Group is looking for an experienced Administrator to join their team in a position where you will be supporting a number of different agents as their workloads peak and they require assistance to keep on top of their admin workload. You will be assisting with preparing appraisal documents, database management, preparing CMA’s and vendor reports, writing copy for listings and helping select photos for marketing. You will play an important role in ensuring high standards are maintained for all external facing advertising and marketing material. 

We're looking for an individual who excels in a task-oriented environment, is adept at meeting tight deadlines, and is enthusiastic about learning and takes pride in their work and a job well done. You'll receive support and guidance from our Business Manager as well as the wider admin team. 

What your day would look like:

A variety of administration tasks to support our agent's property listings & marketing campaigns, including:

  • Completing new listing paperwork, AML, and marketing budgets
  • Updating OneHub, recent sales etc
  • Database mailouts
  • Magic 50’s prep
  • Prepare pre-listing information kit
  • Setting up social media templates
  • Creating property information packs
  • Signboard/marketing material design
  • Update website/testimonials and property case studies

What you need:

  • 1-2 years of prior real estate administration experience
  • Excellent time management skills, and attention to detail
  • Passion and desire to help others succeed
  • Experience with Marketing Activities, Socials, Videos etc
  • Professional presentation with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Confidence working with the Google Suite of applications
  • Enthusiasm for learning new tasks and adapting to the varying needs of different agents.
