About the role:

We’re looking for a GTM Engineer to join our Revenue team and help build the systems, automation and data infrastructure that power BoardPro’s growth engine. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, you'll work closely with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Product and Data teams to improve funnel performance, streamline operations and create greater visibility across the customer lifecycle.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves solving complex problems, connecting systems and turning data into actionable insights. You'll play a critical role in helping BoardPro scale efficiently while enabling faster experimentation, smarter decision-making and sustainable growth.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Own and optimise BoardPro’s go-to-market technology stack, including CRM (Hubspot), marketing automation, website infrastructure and analytics platform (Snowflake)


• Build and maintain integrations and automation that improve efficiency across lead management, reporting and customer lifecycle programs.


• Develop and enhance website and landing page infrastructure to improve acquisition, conversion and user experience.


• Design and implement robust funnel tracking, attribution and reporting frameworks to provide clear performance visibility.


• Partner with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and Product teams to deliver scalable technical solutions that support growth initiatives.


• Build and support experimentation frameworks that enable rapid testing and optimisation across customer acquisition and engagement journeys.


• Strengthen revenue data infrastructure and reporting to support informed commercial decision-making.

What You’ll Bring:

• Experience in a GTM Engineering, Revenue Operations Engineering, Marketing Engineering or similar technical role within a SaaS or technology business.


• Strong hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms, ideally HubSpot.


• Solid understanding of web technologies including HTML, CSS and JavaScript.


• Experience implementing tracking frameworks, event tracking, pixels and tag management solutions.


• Strong knowledge of analytics platforms, attribution models and SaaS growth funnels.


• Experience building integrations and automations across multiple business systems.


• A systems-thinking mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities and a passion for continuous improvement.


• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
