Guest Service Agent - F&B - Armitage

We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Guest Service Agent to join our hotel team! As the first point of contact for our guests, you’ll play an essential role in delivering an exceptional experience from check-in to check-out and everything in between. If you have a warm, professional demeanour and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you!

Reception Duties:

• Greet guests with a warm, friendly welcome


• Manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently


• Handle phone and email enquiries


• Take reservations and process payments


• Provide local information and assist with guest requests

Food & Beverage Duties:

• Assist with breakfast service, lunch, dinner and conferencing depending on shift


• Prepare and serve drinks and light meals


• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in restaurant, bar and conference areas


• Take orders, deliver food, and ensure guests are delighted at all time


• Support in setting up and closing F&B areas


• Take reservations and process payments

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in hospitality, preferably in both front desk and F&B


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Well-organized and able to multitask under pressure


• Flexible with shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays


• A team player with a can-do attitude
