ABOUT THE ROLE

This Assistant Store Manager role will work Full-Time Sunday to Thursday supporting the Branch Manager with the overall running of the store.

You will be responsible for:

  • Promoting a positive, collaborative, and inclusive team environment.
  • Driving sales and promotional activities to exceed sales targets and achieve KPIs.
  • Deliver efficiently and effectively on day-to-day operational duties such as visual merchandising, stock management and loss prevention.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide administrative support with sales reporting, team performance and rostering

ABOUT YOU

Ideally, you will have worked in a management or supervisory role and have at least 2 years of experience in retail.

You will also have:

  • A genuine interest in fashion and a career at Hallenstein Brothers!
  • Proven experience in a leadership role where you motivated, supported, and engaged a team to uphold a high-performing working environment.
  • Strong organisational and administration skills to ensure daily operational activities are executed to a high standard while also delivering amazing sales results.
  • Next level communication skills to connect with our team and customers to achieve sales targets and KPIs through your expert product knowledge and passion for Hallensteins.

Most of all, you will bring stacks of enthusiasm and high energy to the store environment creating that empowering vibe Hallensteins is known for!
