ABOUT THE ROLE

You are the welcoming face of our brand and are dedicated to empowering our customers with their fashion choices through your next level customer service skills. We move pretty quickly and you will find every day is super busy with no two days are the same with what you do and who you meet.

As Third in Charge you will work Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Monday (twenty-eight (28) hours total) in Hallensteins Blenheim and will support the leadership team by running certain shifts on your own, and also be responsible for: 

• Opening and closing the store
• Supervising the team and driving sales to achieve sales targets
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge to stay on top of current trends.

ABOUT YOU

You will ideally have previous supervisory experience in a customer service environment (retail or hospitality) and also:

• Have a proven history of leadership as you will be training and developing the team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Strong organizational and administration skills.
• Be super passionate about our product and representing the brand.
• Be a reliable and flexible team player.
• Have the ability to work within a fast-paced working environment with an energetic team!
