About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity to join our supportive team as a Head Baker. This is a Full Time position working Monday to Friday 0600 - 1400.

In this role you will:

• Provide a positive example as a team leader in a small team
• Providing clear and inclusive leadership (& communication) within the Bakery team, and across all kitchens
• Take responsibility for consistency in food quality, presentation and production.
• Drive continuous improvement in Menu development, processes/operations, etc
• Ensure complete knowledge of policy and procedures as relates to the Bakery kitchen
• Be proactive and take the lead on driving the continuous improvement across the production and efficiencies.
• Must have deep culinary knowledge for product development to be able to craft different variations of pies, bagels and cookies flavours is crucial!
• Have a key focus on quality control, if any issues occur and solutions focused for corrections.
