This restaurant has been the heart & sole of the local community for what feels like a generation of locals & tourists. At the forefront of the local hospitality scene, we are excited to announce that we require an experienced Head Chef to stamp their mark on this exciting opportunity!

This role will provide the right candidate the opportunity to come in and challenge themselves. You will be fully responsible for all aspects of the kitchen, managing costings, to running the team. It goes without saying that you can use a computer, stocktake & handle pressure.

You will have 4+ years experience as an Head Chef, in busy environments, and can engage with the guests to provide them with a unique dining experience. You can follow the menu's & systems that are in place, while having the ability to handle pressure and adapt to change. This is an opportunity for you to showcase your skills and cuisine knowledge.
