The role

In this exciting new role, you will be responsible for driving the delivery engine that transforms data into real business impact at Vector. In a typical week you can expect to:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of data and analytics initiatives across Vector’s enterprise portfolio.
• Act as the bridge between strategy and execution, ensuring measurable business outcomes.
• Embed agile delivery disciplines and align to the Data & Analytics Office roadmap.
• Champion a culture focused on velocity, value, and quality.
• Own and evolve the squad vs capability delivery model for seamless coordination.
• Oversee high-performing delivery squads and specialist capability teams (Engineering, Governance, BI & Analytics).
• Ensure integration with wider digital and business programs.
• Foster continuous improvement, clear prioritisation, and delivery excellence.

Who are we looking for?

You’re a delivery leader who thrives in complexity and inspires high performance.

• 8+ years’ proven experience leading large-scale enterprise data, analytics, or digital delivery portfolios.
• Deep expertise in agile delivery, data program management, and value-based portfolio delivery.
• Proven ability to design and operate modern delivery models (e.g., squad vs capability, hybrid agile).
• Strong strategic and commercial acumen with the ability to balance enterprise priorities with delivery realities.
• Comprehensive understanding of modern data and analytics platforms (e.g., Snowflake, AWS, Fivetran, Coalesce).
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead through change and ambiguity.
• Highly collaborative, empowering leadership style focused on capability development and performance.
