Head of Delivery - Cyber Security

We are seeking a dynamic Head of Delivery to lead our Cyber Managed Services and ensure exceptional customer experience throughout the life of the customer contract. This role is open to both Auckland and Wellington candidates.

Ko tā mātou mahi - About the role

This role encompasses leadership and daily management of project management, onboarding, service delivery, and administrative functions. You will work closely with direct reports and virtual teams to meet our service commitments.

Ko tō mahi – What you will do

Collaborating with Managed Services teams, the Security Operations Centre, Advisory, Assurance, and go-to-market teams, you will translate strategy into actionable business plans and lead the team in their execution.

Additionally, the Head of Delivery will oversee the financial performance of the onboarding process within the cyber portfolio, fostering processes and a company culture that enhance operational efficiency, generate revenue, and deepen our customer value chain.

• Oversee the onboarding of customers onto Managed Security Services
• Manage day-to-day operations and performance of the team
• Ensure service delivery fulfills contractual obligations
• Identify and capitalize on revenue growth opportunities within the managed security services portfolio, optimizing margin contribution
• Collaborate with Managed Security Services Practice Managers to identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities
• Cultivate a high-performance culture across the team
• Recognize and act on opportunities for strategic investment and continuous service improvement
• Work with Delivery, Security Operations Centre, and Advisory teams to achieve objectives

We are seeking someone who is a visionary leader with a passion for cyber security and a track record of driving operational excellence along with:

• A tertiary qualification in business or technology
• Experience in the IT security industry in a delivery role
• Experience in senior/executive leadership
• Experience in strategic partnership management
