The Head of Digital Business Partnership is a senior leadership role within Switched On Group’s Digital Team. Acting as a key bridge between the Digital team and the wider business, this role is responsible for translating the Digital Roadmap into tangible results. You’ll lead a high-performing team to design and implement digital initiatives, foster strong relationships across the organisation, and play a central role in driving business transformation and innovation. This position is part of the Digital Leadership team, helping shape an engaging and high-performance culture where people and technology thrive together.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Aligning digital activities with business needs and the future vision of the Group.
• Leading the delivery of digital initiatives and ensuring they align with business objectives.
• Building trusted relationships with stakeholders to influence and champion digital change.
• Driving adoption of digital tools, processes, and transformation initiatives.
• Championing innovation and exploring next-generation digital capabilities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in senior digital leadership, ideally in transformation or partnership roles.
• Strong strategic and tactical thinking with a track record of delivering digital initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, particularly with senior leaders.
• Deep understanding of ERP-level digital ecosystems, integration platforms, data models, and change management.
• Relevant qualifications or extensive experience in IT, software development, or digital services management (Salesforce knowledge desirable)
• Proven experience in enterprise wide solutions architecture
