TE TŪRANGA I THE ROLE: 

As our Head of Content - Entertainment, you'll be passionate about content and play a pivotal role in shaping how our Entertainment content is made available to our customers and audiences, leading the strategy across linear, subscription, and digital platforms.  

KO NGĀ ARONGA I- THE KEY AREAS OF FOCUS OF THE ROLE WILL BE:  

• Content Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement an end-to-end Entertainment content strategy, building long-term partnerships and driving innovation to meet our growth targets. 

• Entertainment Content Editorial: Lead the scheduling and curation of Entertainment content across all genres, maximizing return and nurturing our customer base while optimizing revenue and growth. 

• Content Commercialisation: Identify and deliver opportunities for content commercialisation, ensuring appropriate partnerships with content providers and supporting the execution of our Sky Originals Strategy. 

• Insights and Research: Deliver comprehensive viewer insights to support decision-making, ensuring that our strategies are informed by data and aligned with customer needs. 

• Financial Management and Planning: Take accountability for effective budget management and post-investment review, optimising resources and ensuring that Entertainment programming operates within agreed financial ranges. 

• Leadership: Create a vision for your team, driving high performance, fostering an inclusive culture, and actively supporting the growth and success of your direct reports while liaising with other Senior leaders to deliver on Sky’s Purpose
