Job Description - Head of (Global) Marketing

The Head of (Global) Marketing is responsible for leadership of the marketing function. Reporting to the Director International Sales & Marketing, the role is responsible for the strategic direction and delivery of world class consumer-led brands to the fresh produce industry. 

You will be accountable for their overarching global consumer brand strategies, governance of strategic marketing initiatives and ensuring execution and performance achievement of initiatives.  Acting as part of the International Sales & Marketing leadership team, you will lead a team across brand, content, design, shopper, and channel management, both in their NZ and global markets. You will be working with others to build an integrated end-to-end growth framework, which marketing is a core part of, that allows the business to scale at speed”.  

We are keen to identify individuals who work at pace, are used to complex, global businesses, have a deep understanding of brand marketing, shopper activation and complex channels to market and who bring strong enterprise leadership capability. 

You will need proven experience with executing food & beverage brand building strategies across multiple markets, with a particular focus on Asia and the United States.
