Head of Hospitality Operations

We’re looking for a commercially sharp, people-focused operational leader to take responsibility for performance across Star Hospitality’s multi-site venue portfolio.

As Head of Hospitality Operations, you’ll own the hospitality P&L and lead our Operations Managers and Multi-Site Business Leaders. You’ll turn strategy into focused venue-level execution, driving stronger results across revenue, labour productivity, cost control, guest experience, safety and compliance.

This is a role with genuine scale and complexity. You’ll bring clarity to competing priorities, establish disciplined operating rhythms and build leaders who take ownership of their results. You’ll know when to coach, when to challenge and when decisive action is needed.

We’re looking for someone who brings:

• Significant senior leadership experience in a multi-site, customer-facing business

• Proven ownership of a substantial P&L

• A track record of improving commercial and operational performance

• Strong, practical people leadership

• The judgement and resilience to lead through change

Direct hospitality experience is strongly preferred, although exceptional leaders from similarly complex, labour-intensive service businesses will also be considered.
