About the Company and Role Your contribution will be instrumental in executing our client's IT strategy, guaranteeing smooth provision of hardware, software, and infrastructure to sustain operations. Your objective is to refine technology solutions, elevate user experiences, reinforce security protocols, reduce network downtime, and remain at the forefront of industry advancements.
This position is hands-on, with you as the sole IT specialist in the company. Your vendor management skills will be pivotal for success in this role as all the clients
Accountabilities: - Spearhead the execution and realization of the company’s plan, guaranteeing harmony with both present and future business requisites.
- Continuously review and update the IT Plan to keep pace with evolving technologies and industry trends.
- Drive the delivery of major IT projects, facilitating organizational change as necessary.
- Identify opportunities to enhance business processes and collaborate with team leaders to implement improvements.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and recommend and implement relevant innovations to drive business success.
What We're Looking For: - Hands on experience with information technology systems encompassing networks, cybersecurity, on-premises and cloud computing, data management, and emerging technologies.
- Experience working with complex legacy environments and driving transformational change.
- Proficiency in guiding and inspiring teams, establishing strategic objectives, and fostering a synergistic workplace.
- Expertise in project management
