We are looking for an exceptional Head of Managed Services to drive the growth and strategic direction of our managed security services. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to lead a talented team, shape our service offerings, and ensure we remain at the forefront of the industry.

Ko tō mahi – What you will do

The Head of Managed Services - Cyber provides strategic and people leadership for the Cyber Managed Services teams, guiding growth ambitions aligned with Kordia's broader cyber security strategy. This role involves the daily management of the managed services portfolio to meet both short-term and long-term objectives. You will collaborate closely with the Delivery, Security Operations Centre, Advisory, Assurance, and go-to-market teams to translate strategy into actionable business plans and lead their execution. 

Additionally, you will oversee the financial performance of the cyber portfolio, develop enduring processes, and foster a company culture that enhances operational efficiency, generates revenue, and embeds our services deeper into the customer value chain.

In addition to your strong background in cyber security managed services, your strategic vision, leadership, and execution to realize growth aspirations for cyber managed services, you will possess:

• A tertiary qualification in business or technology
• Experience in the IT security industry
• Proven experience in developing security managed services offerings and go-to-market strategy
• Senior/executive leadership experience
• Expertise in strategic partnership management
