We're looking for a Head of Marketing who can blend strategy, creativity, and commercial thinking to lead this transformation. Someone who can build momentum, elevate our market presence, and create a marketing function that drives real business impact. This isn't about iterating on what exists. It's about building the function and the team from the ground up and defining the next chapter in Jade's story. 

What you'll do

You'll lead Jade's marketing strategy across brand, product marketing, demand generation, and go-to-market execution.

You'll:

• Shape and elevate the Jade brand across New Zealand and international markets


• Build a modern growth engine that drives pipeline, customer growth, and measurable commercial outcomes


• Partner closely with Sales, Product, and the Executive team to bring our strategy to life


• Define compelling market positioning and messaging that differentiates Jade in a crowded technology landscape


• Lead and develop a high-performing marketing team that balances strategic thinking with execution excellence

Who you are

You're a commercially minded marketing leader who knows how to build brands and drive growth.

You bring:

• Significant experience leading marketing in technology, SaaS, or high-growth environments


• A track record of building brands that stand out and generate results


• Strong commercial acumen and accountability for growth outcomes


• Experience leading teams, influencing executives, and operating across multiple markets


• A bias for action, curiosity, and continuous improvement


• An entrepreneurial mindset, with high ownership and genuine comfort operating in ambiguity
