Head Of Marketing

Our client is an NZ founded boutique business in the financial services sector with a focus on Kiwisaver and portfolio management.They are looking for a Head of Marketing to join their Takapuna, Auckland based team.The Head of Marketing (HOM) will be responsible for managing and executing the marketing strategies to drive growth, brand awareness, and client acquisition and retention.You will work closely with the CPOO and Chief Client Officer (CCO) to develop and implement innovative marketing initiatives that align with the company's goals and objectives in an accurate and timely manner and allow oversight and monitoring through the provision of quality reporting.You will manage marketing initiatives across digital, social media, email, events, and traditional media and drive growth through e-commerce strategies across all products and report on the effectiveness of these and work closely with the Head of Communications and Corporate Affairs on the design, effectiveness and distribution of client communications.You will ensure consistent and compelling marketing collateral, taking ownership of all content creation and design, collaborating with the Head of Communications and Corporate Affairs on investor communications, thought leadership, and media opportunities to maintain a unified look and feel.You will plan with and manage external marketing agency relationships and set and manage the marketing budget with the CPOO.The ideal person will have financial sector knowledge, strong market research skills and a strategic approach to find cut through in a competitive market.You will have experience managing agencies, leading a team and working closely with stakeholders.This is a driven and engaged team, with a vibrant, supportive and growth focused culture.They offer great benefits, including 2 days WFH.This could be the opportunity you have been waiting for –
