This is your chance to spearhead the marketing division of a company that's genuinely changing the world.
As the Head of Marketing, you'll report directly to the CEO, leading a team of eight skilled marketers across brand, innovation, and digital platforms. Your responsibility will be to craft and execute the Group Strategy across New Zealand, Australia, and Asian markets. Ultimately, your role is to build the business long term by developing the strategy and the brand, and a consumer proposition that drives preference and loyalty. Internally and externally, you'll amplify the voice of the organic consumer, ensuring that the approach to new product development and innovation is genuinely consumer centric. With a steadfast consumer base, you'll nurture and deepen that connection through marketing strategies that prioritize the consumer's perspective, challenging conventions and inspiring your team to embrace the essence of organics.
We're seeking a Head of Marketing who is consumer-driven, deeply passionate, and curious, with a profound connection to food. This pivotal role demands extensive leadership experience in FMCG marketing at an executive level. However, we're equally in search of an inspirational Head of Marketing—one who fearlessly embraces challenges and aspires to be a global trailblazer in the organic sphere. Balancing commercial imperatives with their visionary ethos, you'll bring a wealth of experience across brand management, digital commerce, and innovation, while transcending the confines of the grocery industry.
You will need:
· Minimum of a Bachelor in Marketing, Management or related discipline
· Experience 10+ years of Senior Marketing experience and strategy experience with a minimum of 2-3 years in FMCG, Food or Organics and Grocery
· Demonstrated experience in creating and implementing successful 3-year marketing strategies.
· Marketing team leadership across Digital, Brand and Innovation
· Experience in Consumer Insight driven Innovation Management & Product Development.
Above all, we need a Marketing leader who places the organic consumer's voice at the forefront of every decision, infusing their endeavours with authenticity and purpose .
