Join us and be part of a team shaping the future of compliance and training excellence.The roleAs the Head of Sales and Marketing at Strategi Group, your role is pivotal in taking ownership of all sales and marketing functions, including those of Strategi Compliance and Strategi Institute. Your responsibilities span identifying and capitalising on market opportunities, executing plans for market penetration and revenue growth.Implementing digital communication strategies, such as direct mail and follow-up calls, is crucial. You'll protect existing clients by enhancing account management, communication, and service quality, aiming to increase recurring revenue and reduce client churn. Additionally, your role involves providing strategic services to both existing and new clients and developing a client development plan, with a focus on high-net-worth clients.Organising engagement events, creating sales tactical plans, and establishing post-engagement relationship management practices are vital for building brand awareness and ensuring outstanding client experiences. Your leadership will extend to managing a team, maintaining data accuracy in CRM system, and keeping websites and social media accounts up-to-date and engaging.Importantly, as a member of the senior leadership team, this full-time role reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer, underscoring the strategic significance and influence of this position within Strategi Group.The Head of Sales and Marketing is responsible for several functions. These include:Take full ownership of the sales and marketing functions of Strategi Group (including Strategi Compliance, and Strategi Institute).Identify market opportunities and develop strategies to capitalise on them, executing sales and marketing plans for market penetration, and revenue growth.Build and execute digital communication strategies, encompassing direct mail communications to targeted groups, and follow-up with calling.Protect our existing clients by increasing our account management and communications to increase recurring revenue and reduce client churn. Exceed client expectations with superior products and client service.Provide more services (where appropriate) to existing and new clients through strategic account management, referrals and providing whole of business solutions.Create and implement a client development/management plan, focusing on high-net-worth clients, and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy covering product, price, promotion, and place.ganise client engagement events such as committees, conferences, and webinars to enhance brand awareness.Create and implement sales tactical plans to optimise efforts and build brand awareness for Strategi Group.Establish post-engagement relationship management practices, including expressing appreciation, gauging client satisfaction, collecting feedback, and initiating process improvements.Execute quality Client Engagement through employee training, process refinement, and systems optimisation to ensure outstanding experiences aligned with the client experience lifecycle.Build and manage a team to deliver on sales and marketing strategies and revenue budgets, operating within pre-agreed budgets.Maintain the Zoho CRM system and database to ensure data accuracy and integrity.Ensure websites and social media accounts are up-to-date and engaging.The ideal person will have experience inMinimum 6 years of sales and marketing experience (ideally in a professional services industry).Proficient in managing CRM system pipelines.Adept at understanding client needs and identifying internal stakeholders for solution offerings.Strong business acumen, industry knowledge, and customer understanding.Proven expertise in developing and nurturing client relationships, including face-to-face meetings.NZ residency required.What's on offerWe are located directly across the road from Westfield Albany Shopping Centre, and Massey University in Albany, Auckland.Learning and development pathways.Work-from-home opportunities.Laptop, and mobile phone.Employee-led social club.Free parking.If this role sounds like you, we would love to hear from you.
