About this role
This exciting growth opportunity is ideal for an ambitious technical services professional with a deep understanding of asset management, strong influencing skills, and commercial acumen. We are seeking a senior leader who is passionate about innovation and keeping up with industry trends, best practice in Asset Management, meta data standards, treasury ICR, BI Tools and techniques.
Location
This position can be based in the Christchurch head office or in the Wellington office.
You will have - Extensive experience (ideally 5 years+) in asset management or similar
- Experience leading GIS and BWoF functions
- Proven experience as a people leader with the capability to drive high performance and engagement
- Demonstrated ability to drive efficiency and process improvement
- Strong digital and technology savvy
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decisions
- Familiarity with Te Tiriti o Waitangi, Mātauranga Māori, tikanga Māori, or Te Reo Māori
- Experience with ISO 55001 accreditation
