Build strong relationships with athletes and clients through assessment, goal setting, coaching, and progress monitoring to ensure optimal outcomes.
Build effective working relationships with regional coaches, sport administrators and key tenants of the Adams Centre including wider gym user groups.
Support Academy growth through stakeholder engagement, sponsorship/partnership relationship management, and lead any enhancements to Academy offerings or service.
Proactively contribute to athlete acquisition and retention through exceptional coaching, upholding service standards, fostering an engaging and supportive culture and community connection.
Represent the Academy through appropriate public speaking and media engagements to position the Adams Centre as a regional leader in athlete development.
